Filipinos have been known to visit the Vatican City in Rome, not just at any time in their lives, but especially on Jubilee Years, which takes place every 25 years. The year 2025 has been declared by Pope Francis as Jubilee Year. The theme, “Pilgrims of Hope” portrays all the peoples of the world getting up from the ashes of wars, Covid, and the climate crisis.
Negros Season of Culture celebrates the Filipino heritage of taking part in the Jubilee Year by launching Rome Reports on its website and YouTube channel.
